By accessing or using the Cysora platform, website, APIs, widgets, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Cysora provides an AI-powered sales consultation agent platform. Through the Service, users can build, customize, and deploy AI sales agents on their websites via a JavaScript snippet. The agents are designed to engage website visitors, qualify leads, provide product recommendations, and schedule meetings on behalf of the user’s business.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Cysora immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
All content, code, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by Cysora or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you provide to configure your agent (e.g., business descriptions, pricing data). By using the Service, you grant Cysora a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
When you deploy an AI agent via the provided JavaScript snippet, you are responsible for ensuring that its use on your website complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection, data privacy, and advertising standards. You must clearly disclose to your website visitors that they are interacting with an AI-powered agent.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Cysora reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Cysora does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cysora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall Cysora’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Cysora during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Cysora reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that Cysora determines is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Cysora may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
